Job summary

Never Alone Home Health Care of Sumter, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized plans of care, applying current nursing practice with compassion and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include coordinating with colleagues, administering medications, documenting patient changes, and communicating with supervisors to ensure the patient’s best interest is served. Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.
