Job summary

ANGELAS ANGELS LIMITED LIABILITY CO in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. You will create and manage individualized care plans, monitor patient status, and communicate effectively to ensure the best patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license in New Jersey, strong clinical skills, and a patient‑centered approach. Prior RN experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous RN experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with supervision.
