Your Role as an RN at our Adult Family Home

As a Registered Nurse in our Adult Family Homes, you'll provide one-on-one, acute care nursing to adults with complex medical needs in a peaceful, home-like setting. This role allows you to build strong patient relationships while using critical thinking and nursing judgment to respond to their needs.

What You Need To Get Started

Active Washington State RN License (without restrictions)

CPR Certification

Base Wages Registered Nurse & LPN

RN: $41 - $46/hour (plus differentials)

Float RN: $45 - $50/hour

LPN: $37 - $41/hour (plus differentials)
