Qualifications

Open RN jobs in the Fort Wayne and Kendallville area are offering paid training and a $2,500.00 retention bonus:

• Home Dialysis RN - Train patients in clinic to dialyze at home, autonomous schedule.
• In-Center Dialysis RN - Work 3 - 4 rotating shifts per week, off on Sundays.

Pay Range

$35 - $40/hr per experience

Registered Nurses start with 9-12 weeks of hands-on training

• Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training, and take on more responsibility

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
• Employment at DaVita is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and a background check
