Qualifications

• Must have a current State of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN) licensure.
• A minimum of 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be in good standing in the state registry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explain procedures, treatments, and care plans to residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Transcribe physician's orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
