Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville, Tennessee, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Roles include direct resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

We are hiring for day shifts with Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options. Ideal candidates hold an active Tennessee RN license, have experience in long-term care or rehab, and demonstrate strong clinical

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN)to join our growing team in Madisonville, Tennessee.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Hiring for Days (7:00AM-7:00PM)

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee

• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred

• -Strong clinical and assessment skills

• -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

• -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

RN Responsibilities
