Job summary

Sequim Bay Post Acute is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Sequim, WA. Earn $45-$55/hour based on experience with day and evening shifts available, delivering high-quality patient care and support to residents.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor conditions, and educate patients and families. Join a collaborative team focused on safety, continuous improvement, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Experience in patient care management and coordination.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the care team.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough patient assessments and build individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, per protocol.

• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, effective care.
