Job summary

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our care team in Washington. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, following individualized care plans and collaborating with physicians, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents' health, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington state.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Bridge Crest Post Acute

Compensation: $39-$54/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

Qualifications:
