Sequim Bay Post Acute is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Sequim. Earn $45-$55/hour based on experience, with day and evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Experience in patient care management and coordination.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the care team.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough patient assessments and build individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, per protocol.
• Monitor patient conditions closely and communicate changes promptly to physicians and the care team.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, effective care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant patient records.
• Support quality improvement initiatives that raise the bar on patient care and safety.
• Offer emotional support and a caring presence for patients and their families.
