Job summary

Caremaster Medical Services in Savannah, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team on a PRN basis. You will perform initial client admissions, nursing assessments, and supervising visits, care planning, and collaboration with families to ensure safe, client-centered care.

This flexible role offers opportunities to work with a variety of home care clients, travel to client homes, and participate in admissions and supervisory nursing visits while maintaining

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
• Experience in home care or similar settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours across clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.

PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Job Type: PRN / As Needed
Location: Georgia

Pay Rate: 100$ to 150$ per client plus Mileage

Location: Savannah, GA

Caremaster Medical Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team on a PRN basis. This flexible nursing position is ideal for Georgia RNs looking for home care nursing opportunities and the ability to work with a variety of clients at different times.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.
