Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a PRN position in Smyrna, GA and surrounding areas. The RN will perform the initial assessment of new clients to develop the care plan and conduct 90-day supervisory nurse visits after care begins.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Georgia RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test or chest X-ray.
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9).
• Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment of new client to develop the care plan.
• Perform 90-day supervisory nursing visits after start of care.
• Cover Smyrna, GA and surrounding areas as needed.

Always Best Care Senior Services is a Non-Medical In-Home Senior Care agency. We are looking for a registered nurse (RN) for a PRN position. Duties include the initial assessment of a new client to developthe care planand 90-day supervisory nurse visits at the client following the start of care. Areas include Smyrna, GA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Have a current valid Georgia State Board of Nursing RN License
• Possess a current valid Georgia Driver's license and reliable transportation including valid auto insurance.
• Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing
• A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
• CPR/First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray required
• Live Scan / Fingerprinting
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I‑9 requirements.) ex: 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification/passport or Permanent Resident ID/Social Security Card
