Job summary

Reliant Care Management Compan is seeking a compassionate RN in Missouri to assess patients, develop care plans, and administer medications. You will monitor vitals, educate patients and families, and coordinate with a care team to ensure treatment continuity.

You’ll document progress in EMRs, stay current with nursing best practices, and participate in professional development. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
