Job summary

Crawford Care Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate nursing care for seniors in a hospital-style setting. Night shifts are available, and a $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive pay and strong leadership.

The RN will administer medications, assist with diagnostic procedures, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality patient care and safety. Staffing ratios are designed to support quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with passion for senior care.
• Ability to monitor and document patient status accurately.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication with physicians and families.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Records observations in patient charts.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assists with unit management or may assume charge as assigned.

Crawford Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a love for working with seniors and a passion for healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of the unit as assigned.
