Job summary

Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The facility offers daily pay, competitive hourly wages, and sign-on bonuses up to $5,000 for full-time positions.

As an RN, you will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed. A MA RN license and BLS CPR are required, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the physician’s plan and approved care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
