Job summary

Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts for a full-time role. The position offers daily pay, a $5,000 sign-on incentive, and shifts 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM.

The RN will provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and follow individualized care plans to support resident health and dignity. Requirements include an active MA RN license, BLS/CPR, and strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician plan of treatment and care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Full-time: 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
