Job summary

Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks an RN in Massachusetts to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and carry out individualized care plans. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure high-quality care in a sub-acute and long-term facility.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay, shift differentials, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Active MA RN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per acceptable nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow and implement plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration per plan of care and orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
