Job summary

Join Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in MA as an RN. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available with hourly pay from $38 to $55. Daily pay option and student-loan repayment up to $50,000 plus stipends are offered, subject to eligibility.

As an RN, you will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and ensure care plans are followed. Our facility emphasizes Passion, Respect, and Excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Valid MA RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans and implement orders from the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
