Job summary

IEP Corp is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Temple City, CA. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and develop care plans under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate holds a CA RN license, has at least 1 year of experience in SNF or acute care, and demonstrates strong clinical and communication skills with proficiency in using AHT or similar software.

Qualifications

  • Valid and current RN license in California.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their condition.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure documentation and charting is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Educate residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatments.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facility.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an RN, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You will observe, evaluate and gather data, confer with and be directed by the Director of Nursing to meet emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their condition
