Job summary
Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center in Prescott Valley, AZ, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for on-site, full-time work. The role focuses on safe medication administration, collaborative care, and comprehensive health services for adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting.
The RN provides multi-disciplinary care, maintains medical charts, and supports trauma-informed behavioral health treatment.
Qualifications
- Arizona RN license currently in good standing.
- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Minimum of two years’ experience preferred; psychiatric/adolescent setting beneficial.
- Must pass background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities
- Safely administer medications.
- Participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Participate in management of client’s chart and documentation.
- Provide health services for clients.
- Maintain an employee health service.
- Ensure required documentation and maintenance of client medical charts.

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC) is a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Located in Arizona, we provide structured, trauma-informed, and clinically sophisticated care for youth who require intensive therapeutic support.
