Job summary

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC) is a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral challenges. Our campus in Arizona provides trauma-informed, clinically sophisticated care designed to stabilize youth and build lifelong skills.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check and obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • High School diploma or GED; plus two years of combined education/experience in human services, behavioral health, social services, or related field.
  • Experience with youth and/or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with Admissions Coordinator to ensure consent forms are signed.
  • Orientate the students to MMA expectations, intake packet and campus.
  • Update student info in database on intake and throughout student’s stay at MMA.
  • Provide transportation to current students to court, home passes, etc., as needed.
  • Appear in court as needed, telephonic or in person.
  • Relay information to caseworkers, ensuring good communication between MMA and external agencies.
  • Participate in CFT meetings and act as a liaison for MMA and outside agencies.
  • Assist Marketing/Admissions Department when needed.
  • Responsible for Clinical charts (correct order, needed paperwork, review monthly).
  • Facilitate student staffings (service plans, signature pages, notes).
  • Compile and submit monthly referring/placing agency reports.
  • Send information as requested to agencies, etc.
  • Assist students in preparing for discharge in conjunction with agency guidelines.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Case Manager QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
