Job summary

Responsibilities include conducting initial admissions and nursing assessments, supervisory visits, updating care plans, and documenting visits accurately while ensuring safe, client-centered care. Active GA RN license required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Georgia.
• Experience in home care, home health, private duty, or community nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Pay Rate: 65,000 to 70,000 Annually
