Job summary

Health, Inc is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility in Port Orchard, WA. You will assess patients, develop and revise care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs and LPNs, delivering compassionate care, and promoting physical, mental, and psychosocial health.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required, maintained during employment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, reasoning, and teamwork skills.

Setting & Population Served

Long-term care and short-term rehabilitation for diverse patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
• CPR certification required, maintained during employment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, reasoning, and teamwork skills.
