Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care within skilled nursing facilities, focusing on long‑term support and short‑term rehabilitation for diverse patient needs. Role Overview

Provide comprehensive nursing care within skilled nursing facilities, focusing on long-term support and short-term rehabilitation for a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient services, evaluate patient conditions, and adjust care plans accordingly. Supervise and support C Nurses and LPNs daily.
