Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑ and part‑time and PRN shifts. Daily pay is offered, with shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, and 11 PM to 7 AM.

This role includes a $1.50/hr differential for evening and night shifts and requires an active New Jersey RN license and BLS. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed, collaborating with an interdisciplinary

Per Diem: 1 Weekend/Month Required
Pay: $45.00-50.00/hr (All-Inclusive, Based on Experience)

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high‑quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
