Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. In this role you will deliver skilled nursing in the child’s home with autonomy and clinical support as needed, ensuring safety and high-quality care aligned to care plans.

You will work with families to build trust, monitor development, manage interventions requiring G-tube/trach/vent experience or willingness to train, and follow physician orders with compassion.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license or Multistate License.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF) within required period.
• Valid BLS CPR card (must be obtained in person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver care per care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain safety, documentation and family education.
