Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to oversee tenant care during weekdays. You will manage assessments, plan of care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care in line with Minnesota BON standards.

Responsibilities include guiding RNs, CNAs, and practical nurses, while prioritizing tenant safety, comfort, and well-being within a supportive care team and a QA-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR and emergency care certification.

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs ensuring high quality care.

Description

The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, is guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and abides by the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of tenants as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of tenants and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each tenant.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
