Job summary

Resolve Diamondback in Phoenix, AZ is hiring compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. You’ll provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs and LPNs.

This full-time role offers shifts including nights and days, high-acuity care such as dialysis, IV therapy, PICC lines, chest tubes; private rooms; on-site meals; and same-day pay through TapCheck.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

We are currently hiring for:

• 6:30PM - 6:00AM (NOC)
• 6:00AM - 6:30PM (DAYS)
• Full-time | Part-Time | PRN Available

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Team-oriented with a resident-focused approach
