Select Specialty Hospital - Downtown Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ seeks an RN for a full-time, day-shift role on a 12-hour schedule (7:00–7:30). The position offers a generous sign-on bonus and strong career development opportunities including a clinical ladder and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Location: Phoenix, AZ, inside Banner University in the 2nd tower on the 11th floor

Schedule: Full Time Days;7:00 -7:30

Compensation: $39.38-53.00 per hour (based on years of experience) + shift diff

Sign-on bonus: $10,000
