Job summary

Aviata at Emerald Shores is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our on-site team in Callaway, FL. The role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring adherence to facility standards and regulations.

New grads welcomed, with a focus on compassionate, quality care for residents. The RN will work with a family/team environment, oversee Certified Nursing Assistants, and contribute to ongoing patient care improvements.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate, dedicated, and committed to high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel.
• Supervises CNAs during shifts, assigns tasks, and ensures policy compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
