Bridgeview Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing staff and oversee daily activities during assigned shifts. The role requires ensuring care quality and regulatory compliance under the Director of Nursing.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts 6:45a-3:15p and 2:45p-11:15p. The position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and continuity of care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license valid in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English reading/writing/listening communication skills; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
