Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in New Jersey. This role focuses on focused, one-on-one care delivered in the patient’s home, allowing you to apply clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy.

You’ll care for pediatric patients with high‑acuity needs, build lasting relationships with families, and work in a calm, controlled environment backed by strong clinical support whenever it’s needed.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license or multistate license.
• Physically fit within the last three years.
• TB skin test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with G‑tube, trach, or vent, or willingness to train.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health

Instead of juggling multiple patients, alarms, and constant interruptions, you provide dedicated, individual care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

In this role, you’ll care for pediatric patients with high‑acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family. Salary: $83,200.00 – $87,360.00 per year.
