Job summary

Care Options For Kids is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home health care team in Piscataway Township, New Jersey. In this role, you'll provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs, building relationships with the child and their family. The position offers benefits including weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive medical insurance, with a focus on nurse safety and success backed by 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must have a New Jersey RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical from within the last three years.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.
• Valid BLS CPR card must be in person (not online).
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred or willing to train.
