Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center is a 71-bed facility in Northern Rhode Island seeking an RN to join our team. You will perform the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and provide holistic support to residents and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active Rhode Island RN license and AHA BLS, with LTC experience a plus. We offer multiple shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• Rhode Island license must be current.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• 1 year LTC experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Restores and promotes resident health by completing the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and friends.
• Identifies resident care requirements by establishing personal rapport with residents and their families.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to residents, families and friends.
• Adheres to infection-control policies to ensure quality of care.
• Resolves resident problems by using multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Documents resident care services by charting in resident and department records.

Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:

• Restores and promotes resident's health by completing the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and friends.
• Identifies resident care requirements by establishing personal rapport with residents & their families
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to residents, families and friends
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against resident care goals and hospital or regulatory standards.
• Resolves resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Protects residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; Medication administration and storage procedures; and controlled substance regulations.
• Documents resident care services by charting in resident and department records.
