Qualifications

- 1 year LTC experience a plus
- Knowledge of infection control and medication administration
Responsibilities
- Restores and promotes resident's health by completing the nursing process.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and friends.
- Documents resident care services by charting in resident and department records.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
