Job summary

Rose Garden of Pana is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night-shift nursing team. The role supports residents from 6 pm to 6 am (and 10 pm to 6 am shifts as needed) in a skilled nursing setting.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, assist with admissions, document care accurately, and educate residents and families on health plans, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality care.

Qualifications

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Experience

• Current Illinois RN licensure is required
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred. Experience working with memory care is very beneficial
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential, ensuring accurate and compliant medical records.
