Job summary

Agape Care Group is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team, delivering compassionate patient care and creating effective care plans. You will collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure comfort and dignity throughout the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team to coordinate care.
• Lead the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
