Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. You will drive the care team to deliver meaningful patient experiences while engaging with leadership for ongoing professional growth.

The role emphasizes hospice-focused nursing, collaboration with multidisciplinary staff, and commitment to integrity and supportive culture. Prior hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans with the care team.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team to ensure quality care.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications
