Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in Oklahoma. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

As a nurse on our team, you’ll work with a supportive leadership group and have access to professional development opportunities with room for advancement. A true heart to serve is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans while communicating with the patient, family, and care team.
• Lead the care team to ensure high-quality patient care and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
