Job summary

Othello Post Acute in Othello, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Day Shift. You will coordinate and provide direct resident care, supervise CNAs and LPNs, and ensure care is delivered safely and per regulations.

We offer competitive pay ($45–$53/hour) with a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over six months and a $5,000 relocation reimbursement. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holiday pay, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN accepted).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care.
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and communicate changes promptly to physicians and families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies
• Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately to ensure resident safety

Position Summary
