• Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring exceptional service daily.
• Develop personalized care plans based on observations and expertise.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies, initiating life-saving measures as needed.
• Manage medication administration and keep detailed records.

If you meet these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Hold an RN degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
• Have a valid RN license and CPR certification.
• Have experience in nursing practices and regulations.
• Know laws and guidelines related to long-term care.
