Ghent Health and Rehabilitation in Norfolk, VA seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a warm, supportive environment. The RN will follow individualized care plans and coordinate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered state license.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best care for residents.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
