Job summary

Ghent Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide essential nursing care to residents, work under supervision, and help develop individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a current LPN license, prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred, and a compassionate, detail‑oriented approach to patient care.
