Join our client s team as a Registered Nurse in Ontario County, NY, providing exceptional care in a medical-surgical setting. You'll make a meaningful impact by delivering comprehensive patient care and collaborating closely with a dedicated healthcare team.

Compensation: $62 - $65/hour

Location: Ontario County, NY

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (Day or Night)

Responsibilities As The Registered Nurse

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to monitor and document patient status, implementing adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
• Medication: Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with established protocols.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on care procedures, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress, in compliance with regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications for the Registered Nurse:

• Licensure: Current New York State RN License required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg environment as an RN.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills in medical-surgical care, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs in a fast-paced setting.
