Job summary

Nashua Post Acute, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, is seeking an experienced RN for full-time hours at a 292-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Nashua, NH. The role provides comprehensive patient care, medication administration, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Base pay ranges from $40 to $55 per hour, with daily pay and benefits including tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and shift

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per POC.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Sign-On Bonus - $12,000 for Full-Time and $6,000 for Part-Time At Nashua Post Acute, we believe that compassionate, high-quality nursing care is essential to supporting resident health, dignity, and overall well-being. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Hampshire.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
