• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy.
