Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island is hiring skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our 5-star, Joint Commission-accredited facility. We offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive benefits and a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, medication administration, infection control, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care. Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening is required.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Florida.
• CPR Certification required.

Mansioni

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
