Genesis Mount Olive Post Acute is seeking qualified nurses for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) in Mount Olive, NC to deliver high-quality care. RN and LPN positions are available with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, medication administration, and coordinating with families to enhance patient outcomes. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Shifts Available

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

Change the lives of our patients/residents and at the same time enjoy the rewards of fully knowing your patients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse - RN. You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.

USD $40.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
