Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles in Mount Laurel, NJ. Daily pay is available with shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM; weekend Baylor options exist.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in New Jersey.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and physician's plan of treatment and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions; report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
