Job summary

Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mount Laurel, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles. Competitive hourly wages from $37.00 to $46.00, with Daily Pay options and varied shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM).

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed, with emphasis on compassion, dignity, and teamwork within a 215-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered NJ RN license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician/plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards.

Weekend Baylor: 7 AM - 11:30 PM, 3 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
