Job summary

Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Morrisville, PA is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Starting pay is $37-$42 per hour with daily pay options in a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting, with a supportive, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards, physician plan, and written care plan.
• Follow and implement Nurse Manager care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations are followed.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
